We’re coming to Istanbul: Florentia Village

We started in 2021 by making 100 burgers a day at our small shop in Emek and closing when they ran out; that’s where our name comes from. In five years, we grew to five locations in Ankara. In November 2026, we’re opening our first location outside Ankara, at Florentia Village in Istanbul.

Our Florentia Village location

The location will be open every day from 10 am to 10 pm. As at our Ankara locations, we take your order at your table and bring your burger to you. Takeaway is available too; we don’t offer home delivery.

To keep quality the same at every location, we invest in and run all our locations ourselves. Our Florentia Village location is no exception.
