We process your name, email, phone, the gift card amount and quantity, the delivery method and location, the recipient's name, your gift message and your note in order to take your request, match your bank transfer and prepare and deliver the gift card (establishing and performing a contract), and for accounting records (legal obligation). The recipient's name and your message are printed on the gift card; please write the recipient's name only with their knowledge. Gift card records are kept for the period required by law. Your form details reach the relevant team by email and are stored on servers in the USA via Jotform; the Jotform record is deleted after 30 days.
